Glass Processing

Mackenzie Glass can offer the following processing services at our Marsh Barton factory.

Polishing

We are able to polish straight and shaped edge glass from 4mm to 12mm .

Drilling

We are able to drill holes from 6mm to 75mm diameter in both float glass and mirrors.

Bevelling

We are able to bevel straight edge glass with a bevel from 10mm to 30mm.

Cut Outs

Our skilled cutters and drillers can cut square and circular holes for fans, cat-flaps, letter-box's, and light fittings. They can also notch the glass for glass hinges to kichen, internal and shower doors.

Safety Backing

A clear film applied to the back of the mirror in the event of breakage it holds in place.

Demista Pads

Applied to the back of the mirror to help stop misting of mirrors in bathrooms.

Filming

Sandblast, tinted, safety, solar and manifestation films can be applied in our works or on site by our trained technicians.
